B2B Telemarketing Executive

Ashberry Recruitment are looking for a confident and tenacious individual to join an established team in Skipton as a Telemarketing Executive.

The role is to provide new business opportunities from the internal marketing database and/or self generated leads to assist in achieving the company’s ambitious targets and growth plans.

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing team to contribute to the generation of sales for the group. This role requires an excellent communicator with strong people skills, who is also comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.

KEY SKILLS:

• Experience of working in a outbound telephone sales environment
• Ability to gain rapport very quickly during brief telephone contacts
• An ability to interact with people at all levels across the whole of the company
• Able to work unsupervised in a busy environment
• Extremely well organised and be able to juggle more than one ball at the same time.
• An excellent team worker

DUTIES INVOLVED:

• To make B2B outbound calls to companies identified by marketing as potential users of the company’s services or related services
• To identify potential opportunities for income generation from the database
• Gain agreement from prospects to putting external providers in touch with them to discuss a range of options
• Utilise the diary system to make follow up calls in an appropriate time scale
• Maximise company relationship with all those called – opening up pathways for future opportunities
• To ensure that the database is updated during and after every contact
• Ensure compliance with the relevant regulators
• Maintain a high level of personal and professional communication skills
