Expected case loads between 15 – 22 – Adults from 18 onwards
Case loads vary from older adults/dementia to self neglect/drug/alcohol misuse
Duty day once a week
To initially work full time in the office as part of the Induction process
It would be at least 2 days in the office – one being a duty day.
Visits are expected to be carried out when required on working at homes days as well as office days
Ideally knowledge of Mosaic system

Full time over 5 days
Minimum 2 years post qualified and experience within Mental Capacity and Best Interest.
