They are looking for a Social Worker to join their Integrated Care and Support Team, and are currently offering excellent rates of pay of up to £35 per hour dependent on experience.
They are looking at recruiting Social Workers with a variety of experience.

You will take the lead on supporting adults to live well at home.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team and your work will include undertaking assessments, direct work with adults and families, Court work and formulating and implementing Support Plans.
The Social Work role will be part of Adult Services, supporting adults and their Carers in Tameside to live well at home.
The post will lead on carrying out statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 in relation to assessing the needs of adults and their carers, and developing and monitoring support plans.
The Social Work role is integral to embedding person centred, right based practice, making links with the community and individual’s network to ensure an asset based approach
