Stockport Family is currently recruiting for a MASSH Social Worker. In Stockport, their model is different to lots of their neighbours. Their focus is on relationships and they have sought to reduce the number of times that children and families have to re-tell their story and make new relationships with professionals, by taking out the transition points within their social work teams.
It will be your role to respond to contacts received from partners and families, to their MASH, consider the information received, speak to referrers, partner agencies and family members in a timely way to identify the most appropriate support for a family.
They are constantly striving for the best outcomes for their children and families. You will play an important part in delivering outstanding practice and ensuring that children and families are at the heart of all decision-making and service delivery each day.
About You:
