This role is for a qualified Social Worker to work to assist with Education, Health and Care plans for children with additional needs.
This is a full time position with requirements to work from the office 3 days a week.
The practitioner will provide information and advise for parents in their request for a Education, Health & Care plan, therefore knowledge and experience in working with children with disabilities is preferred.
