Are you passionate about mental health? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for two Senior Social Workers to join our community mental health working age adults’ services within the Wakefield District.
Our service area complements Southwest Yorkshire Partnership Trust Mental Health Services in offering a comprehensive, dedicated, social care resource for people with mental health issues.
The post holders will provide assessments, support planning and commission services for people with mental health difficulties across the Wakefield District.
