Team: Community Mental Health

Rate: £36
Temp Deputy Manager required for a busy integrated community Mental Health team based in Bolton.
Must have experience at a Senior Social Worker level and have a an excellent understanding of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Care Act.
Will need to be flexible and adaptable and have the ability to problem solve and support high quality social care assessments for the residents of Bolton who are referred into the Community Mental Health Team.
Must be able to work closely to support the Team Manager and staff within the team supporting timely and robust assessments in line with the Care Act.
Experience of MDT working, collaboration and Strengths based practice.
Will be supported by and have regular liaise with the Head of Service for Mental Health.
